From Sketch to Precision: CAD Design
Once the initial sketch is complete, we bring your vision to life through Computer-Aided Design (CAD). This advanced software allows us to create a precise digital replica of your jewellery piece.
Every dimension, proportion, and intricate detail is carefully crafted to ensure accuracy before production begins.
Wax 3D Printing: Bringing Your Design to Life
Using your CAD design, we create a highly detailed wax model that forms the foundation for your bespoke jewellery piece.
A specialised 3D printer carefully builds the model layer by layer in wax, capturing even the most intricate details. This process typically takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on the design and current workload.
Once the model is ready, we’ll share an image with you for your approval before moving to the next stage.
Your piece is now in production.
We begin by casting the wax and carefully shaping your ring using additional gold or platinum as needed.
Once cast, your jewellery goes through a detailed process of polishing, gemstone setting, and any custom embellishments.
Production time may vary depending on the complexity of your design — typically ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks.
